I found two issues . firstly, soundproofing was not great. i could clearly hear noise from both the hallway and adjacent rooms, disturbing my sleep. secondly, the gym was quite basic. I noticed it lacked modern equipment and had a limited selection of machines.

Its central location meant many attractions were easily accessible.

The minimal amenities in my room for a supposedly 4-star hotel felt cheap. Requesting basic things like a kettle, tea, and coffee seemed ridiculous. It should all be standard, and I found it annoying.

i had a very good stay there. the staff were friendly and breakfast was real good. the hotel is located very close to the train station and lots of dining options.

i don't know if it was bad luck, but my room had a big window facing the street, it got really loud. the doors banging from the other rooms were really loud. and the noise from the street was just really annoying.

Excellent Stay Experience!

The king room offered plenty of space and felt very peaceful. The hotel stands conveniently located, only a short six-minute walk from the main train station, which I found useful. Many dining options are available nearby. I found a superb Italian restaurant just around the corner.

The complimentary water bottles were only provided on the first day, I had to ask for them afterwards.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and public transport. This made accessing various parts of the area very easy and convenient. The proximity to the famous Chapel Bridge is also a big plus.

The location allowed easy access to transport links. The rooftop bar had appealing views of the surrounding area. Staff ensured my luggage was stored securely before my departure. My room included blackout curtains for a restful sleep.

The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities. This was a minor inconvenience though, given the otherwise good facilities.
